for what you did for my birthday. You can be very sweet and kind. Too bad my birthday isn't every day. HA ha ha ha... just kidding, then it wouldn't be a special day. I can't wait to get the dirt this weekend so we can finally plant our garden, it's plenty warm enough!

It's Angela's birthday!

She expects lots of wonderfulness on her birthday this year since we didn't do the present thing last year. I think she is such a princess... but she says she's not... she's just the middle child. (We're both the middle children in our families, I guess that explains a lot.) She wants to go here for her birthday.. either this year or next...I've been there before, with my brother Bob.

Mother's Day

I know James called his Mom today for Mother's Day and told her he loved her. He really does love his Mom and is good to her when she comes to visit. So, Happy Mother's Day to you. We love you. I'm including the video below because she has owned horses throughout the years and loves them. (From what I hear, she's quite amazing with them, but can't work with them now because she's like me... a hairdresser who has bad carpal tunnel.) Enjoy.

Let's Groove

I like it when James plays this song when we drive in the car with the sun roof open and windows rolled down. I associate it with summer and the wind blowing through my hair. It is light hearted and happy and makes me want to dance. My history to rock professor said Earth, Wind, and Fire is set in 4/4 time and any "fool" can dance to it. This video makes me want to barf... gives me vertigo or something and the costumes hurt my eyes, but don't look at the video. Listen to the music, get up and dance, and enjoy.

James and I love to fly. James has a greater appreciation for it I suppose than I do, since he knows what it takes to fly. He saw an article on the most dangerous airports to fly into and wanted me to look at it. I never did, but I've been thinking how much I want to go somewhere far away lately. A friend of mind is going to Jamaica for spring break.... I WISH!!! I happened to stumble across this site the other day and thought I'd post it. Honestly, I didn't really want to know where the most dangerous airports were to fly into, I mean just get me there ok. James says "any landing you can walk away from, is a good landing". WElllllllllll... ok then!
